In order to qualify for a full refund or exchange we must have the item returned to our offices or an affiliates office within 7 days from the date of dispatch.

Items must be returned in an unworn, unmarked and as new condition to be accepted for a refund. Engraved and personalised items can not be returned.

All returned items must include complete documentation to be eligible for a refund which includes the diamond report or diamond certificate, presentation box and all documents.

Returns should be insured at the shippers end to safe guard against loss or theft - we recommend talking to FedEx, UPS or US registered Mail - be sure to ask for a return receipt to ensure your item has been delivered.

Polished Diamonds will issue a credit or make a full refund on our next payment run = too easy.

Every diamond item we produce qualifies for a Lifetime of Free cleaning. Simply send us your item with a return courier envelope and we'll clean and check it Free of Charge forever - how good is that?

Every item we sell qualifies for polishing to remove scratches and maintenance to keep your diamonds sparkling 'Across the Room' at cost. Cost means we make no profit but charge for our immediate expences with zero margin - how nice is that?

We guarantee our workmanship for a Lifetime. Please note that claws can come loose and scratches do occur due to wear and tear. Polished Diamonds can not be held liable for how you treat your Diamond Jewelry but, we will repair at cost, and any workmanship errors, we will address free of charge. Please note that if a diamond becomes loose it must have had pressure exerted on the setting, as every diamond ring leaves our office secure. We can easily re-set your diamond. If a diamond is lost from the setting this is an insurance claim and we will gladly assist.
Limitation of Liability:

This limitation of liability shall be binding on each and every customer and any third party, including, but not limited to, the customer and the customer's successors, assigns, insurance carriers and any other individual or entity asserting any right or claim relating to customer's transaction with Polished Diamonds. In no event shall Polished Diamonds, its Directors, Shareholders, Employees, Contractors, Agents or Members be held liable for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages or any other damages including in loss of Data, loss of Use, loss of profit, loss of Enjoyment, loss of an item or any other loss whether arising from an action in Contract, Tort or Civil Law.

Polished Diamonds will not be held liable for any item being returned that is lost in transit - return shipping is the customers responsibilty and should be insured by them. Polished Diamonds accept no responsibility for items lost in transit; this issue is between the purchaser and the shipper they elected to use.
